I just dropped my mom off at the airport. Her week-long stay has come to a close. And do you know what? It was quite delightful. Of course, she made me a bit crazy from time to time but overall it was a wonderful visit. She was very kind, very helpful and very generous. We got all of my things packed and ready for the move in the first couple of days. She took me shopping for food and a computer. She complimented me and smiled a lot.Yesterday, I took her to Salt Lake City and showed her Temple Square again. We even went on a carriage ride tour of the city. She seemed so relaxed and happy. I was glad to see her like that. Maybe moving up to Washington will work out great after all. Maybe.
